Stepping high voltage down to usable power
The transformer takes medium-voltage electricity from the grid and steps it down to a safe, stable low voltage for the point of use — using electromagnetic induction between two isolated windings, with no moving parts.
The primary (HV) winding has many turns of fine wire; the secondary (LV) winding has fewer turns of thicker wire. Electrical energy crosses between them magnetically through the CRGO core — the ratio of turns sets the ratio of voltages, with the two circuits fully isolated from each other.
What goes into every unit
Each transformer is engineered for low losses and long, low-maintenance operation in outdoor conditions.
Premium CRGO Core
Cold Rolled Grain Oriented silicon steel keeps hysteresis and eddy current losses low while improving magnetic performance.
Copper or Aluminium Winding
Choose electrolytic-grade copper or high-conductivity aluminium — both built for long service life.
Robust Tank Construction
Corrosion-resistant, steel-fabricated tank rated for outdoor installation in varied climates.
ONAN Oil Cooling
Oil Natural Air Natural cooling dissipates operating heat efficiently, without fans or pumps.
Stable Voltage Regulation
Holds a consistent output voltage through load fluctuations, protecting connected equipment.
Factory Tested
Every unit passes a full routine test sequence before it's cleared for dispatch.
